About us
Our work with clients stems from the following rules, the strict adherence to which is the basis of AMTERA's activities:

PREPARATION:
Before the kick - off of any cooperation with a client we make quite sure our mutual expectations are clear to all concerned. Within this step we try to clarify:
- The assumed yields of overall cooperation as well as the assumed yields of its particular phases/ projects,
- Prerequisites and conditions of successful cooperation,
- The most important methods, tools and experience suitable to be applied within the course of cooperation - particular projects.
Cooperation with a client frequently starts with a specifically designed seminar, the main purpose of which is to clarify the above - mentioned issues. The discussion with top management is preceded by a thorough explanation of reasons and expert opinions so that from the very beginning, top executives have enough information and facts available for the specification of both: goals of cooperation as well as its particular phases. Despite the fact that the cooperation with clients is mostly a long term one (lasting frequently 3 and even more years and seldom limited to only one project), we always sign a contract covering only the next phase of a cooperation/ project. It allows both sides to freely re-evaluate the advantages of mutual cooperation after every phase/ project. .AMTERA always starts a cooperation/ project of this kind only after making sure that the real yields of the cooperation substantially exceed the cooperation-related costs.
Careful planning is an important part of the preparation. We focus on work with only a small number of clients at a time. AMTERA does not diffuse its attention among many concurrent projects.
TEAM WORK:
We set up a team for every project. The team members are the client's employees and AMTERA's consultants. Team activities are organized in accordance with the plan of the approved project.
In addition to expertise and facilitation of team work we usually provide the team with additional indispensable support (e.g. the preparation of specific/ tailor-made software needed for analytical purposes/ specific problem solving, providing technical/ administrative support,...) so as to save the client problems related to creating the conditions for the realization of the project. Throughout the course of the project, project management methods are strictly applied.
OPENNESS AND COMMUNICATION:
During the course of every project a strong emphasis is put on openness and intensive communication with the client. It is demonstrated in practice, especially in the case of big transformation projects/ large process innovation projects, by the fact the client's top executives are regularly informed and have enough facts relating to both the course of the project and current findings/ partial results available, which can be important for the further support of a project or can be helpful for the identification of other deliverables/ yields, originally not specified.
As part of the openness and communication principle, any time a client wants, we are ready to explain the reasons for the application of any specific method during any phase of the project. Also, we encourage an open exchange of views and info relating to individual clients organizational unit stances and their practical contributions to a project.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Preserving confidentiality on all non - public info relating to a client, belongs to the basic rules we adhere to. This rule is in practice demonstrated in the following manner:
- Any non - public information we acquire in the course of cooperation with a client, is neither shared with a third party nor utilized for other purposes than the client's needs,
- Any single statements by the client's employees are classified as confidential and, whenever the employee wishes, are treated as anonymous. This also applies if their publication (within the client's organization) could be unpleasant (harmful) for the particular employee.
COOPERATION INCLUDING IMPLEMENTATION:
AMTERA is always ready to cooperate with a client on the implementation of proposals and changes worked out within the course of a joint project. This rule is reflected in AMTERA's approach, i.e. it is ready to bind its reward with the final results - the yields of the project after its implementation. This approach is applied in projects where it is possible to specify the situation transparently before and after the worked out proposals and changes have been implemented, and when potential negative exogenous factors (which could in no way have been influenced by AMTERA) can be excluded.
